IMAGINE

"Forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the winds long to play with your hair."
~ Kahlil Gibral

“The best thing about dreams is that fleeting moment, when you are between asleep and awake, when you don't know the difference between reality and fantasy, when for just that one moment you feel with your entire soul that the dream is reality, and it really happened.”
~ J.R.R. Tolkien Quotes
"Honor All With Whom We Share The Earth"
"Those who contemplate the beauty of the earth find reserves of strength that will endure as long as life lasts."
~ Rachel Carson

“You cannot travel the path until you have become the path itself”
~Buddha
"Open up your heart, let's come together,Use a little love, and we will make it workout better."
~ Ringo Starr
"It is my conviction that killing under the cloak of war is nothing but an act of murder."
~Albert Einstein~

"We are here to make a better world. No amount of rationalization or blaming can preempt the moment of choice each of us brings to our situation here on this planet. The lesson of the '60s is that people who cared enough to do right could change history. We didn't end racism but we ended legal segregation. We ended the idea that you could send half-a-million soldiers around the world to fight a war that people do not support. We ended the idea that women are second-class citizens. We made the environment an issue that couldn't be avoided. The big battles that we won cannot be reversed. We were young, self-righteous, reckless, hypocritical, brave, silly, headstrong and scared half to death.
And we were right."
~ Abbie Hoffman
"The tree which moves some to tears of joy is in the Eyes of others only a Green thing that stands in the way. Some see Nature all ridicule and deformity, and by these I shall not regulate my proportions; and some scarce see Nature at all. But to the Eyes of the Man of Imagination, Nature is Imagination itself. ~ William Blake

"When I examine myself and my methods of thought, I come to the conclusion that the gift of fantasy has meant more to me than any talent for abstract, positive thinking.
~Albert Einstein

"The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and science. He to whom the emotion is a stranger, who can no longer pause and stand wrapped in awe, is as good as dead; his eyes are closed. ~Albert Einstein
“Today, more than ever before, life must be characterized by a sense of Universal responsibility, not only nation to nation and human to human, but also human to other forms of life. ”
~ Tenzin Gyatso

"World peace can blossom throughout the length and breadth of the world only when the world-peace-dreamers, world-peace-lovers and world-peace-servers desperately, sleeplessly and breathlessly long for the full manifestation of peace here on earth.”
~ Sri Chinmoy

"Non-violence leads to the highest ethics, which is the goal of all evolution. Until we stop harming all other living beings, we are still savages. ~ Thomas Alva Edison

"There is a pleasure in the pathless woods,There is a rapture on the lonely shore,
There is society, where none intrudes,By the deep sea, and music in its roar: I love not man the less, but Nature more.
~George Gordon, Lord Byron, Childe Harold's Pilgrimage

"Peace must first be developed within an individual. And I believe that love, compassion, and altruism are the fundamental basis for peace. Once these qualities are developed within an individual, he or she is then able to create an atmosphere of peace and harmony. This atmosphere can be expanded and extended from the individual to his family, from the family to the community and eventually to the whole world."
~ The Dalai Lama

Staying Afloat amidst the Spin

                            Staying Afloat amidst the Spin
                                  Taking Things Personally
Try not to take everything personally,

things that people say and do
don’t always have anything to do with you.

Every time you interact with others, you have the choice to listen to, acknowledge, and let go of their words, or you can take what they are saying personally. Taking things personally is often the result of perceiving a person’s actions or words as an affront or slight. In order to take something personally, you must read negative intent in an individual’s words or actions. But what people do and say has no bearing upon you and is usually based on their own experiences, emotions, and perceptions. If you attempt to take what they do or say personally, you may end up feeling hurt without reason.

If you are tempted to take a comment or action personally, creating some distance between yourself and the other person can help you. Try to determine what is at the root of your feelings. Ask yourself if the other person’s words or actions are just reinforcing some insecurity within you or if you can really be sure that an offense was intended. You may even want to ask them what they meant.
Finally, put yourself in the other person’s shoes. Instead of taking their words as the truth, or as a personal affront, remember that whatever was said or done is based on their opinion and is more reflective of what is going on inside of them, rather than having anything to do with you. You may have been an easy target for someone having a bad day, and their comments may have been offered with no ill intentions.
When you recognize that what anyone says or does doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with you, you will no longer feel hurt or attacked. While it’s easy to take things personally, you should never let anyone’s perceptions or actions affect how you see yourself or your worth. Your life is personal to you, and it is up to you to influence your own value and sense of well-being.

Avoiding Negative Vibrations

Avoiding Negative Vibrations
Taking on the Energy of Others
In order to protect ourselves from taking on any negative energy from other people or situations; we can learn to shield.

There are times when you may find that being around certain individuals or groups of people leaves you with feelings of discomfort. It may be that spending time with a particular friend feels draining or that dealing with a specific coworker exhausts you. Being around toxic or angry people is also draining. And you may even find that being surrounded by a crowd of people lowers your energy levels rather than perks you up.

This is not that unusual. Each of us radiates energy and is capable of being influenced by the energy of other people. It is important to learn how to shield yourself, so you don't unknowingly take on someone else’s energy. While some people know how to instinctively protect themselves from being adversely affected by energy, most of us need to discover and practice the technique that works best.

There are a number of ways to avoid being affected by people’s energy. Shielding is one preventative technique you can use. Center yourself and envision being enveloped in a cocoon of loving and protective light. This protective layer should allow you to consciously regulate the energy around you. The intent to shield oneself is all you need for this technique to work.

You can even create a trigger word to assist you in quickly creating a shield. Say this word each time you create a new shield, until the word and the shield become automatically associated in your mind. If you run into a person whose energy you find draining, you may want to cleanse your own energy field after your encounter. Sage, cold showers, singing, mineral water baths, spending time in nature, and a simple break to recharge are all ways to accomplish this.

While it is important to know how to shield yourself from energy, there are those energies that you may not want to shut out. The energy of laughter from a newborn baby, the feeling of joy radiating from someone in love, and the frequency of calm emanating from an enlightened teacher are just some of the energies coming from others that you may want to have around you.

How to Be Happy

How to Be Happy

Author Robert Louis Stevenson offered the following tips for maintaining a positive attitude. They still apply today...

1. Make up your mind to be happy. Learn to find pleasure in simple things.

2. Make the best of your circumstances. No one has everything, and everyone has something of sorrow intermingled with gladness of life. The trick is to make the laughter outweigh the tears.

3. Don't take yourself too seriously. Don't think that somehow you should be protected from misfortune that befalls other people.

4. You can't please everybody. Don't let criticism worry you.

5. Don't let your neighbor set your standards. Be yourself.

6. Do the things you enjoy doing, but stay out of debt.

7. Do not borrow trouble. Imaginary things are harder to bear than real ones.

8. Since hate poisons the soul, do not cherish jealousy, enmity, or grudges.

9. Have many interests. If you can't travel, read about new places.

10. Don't hold postmortems. Don't spend your time brooding over sorrows or mistakes.

11. Do what you can for those less fortunate than yourself.

Robert Louis Stevenson (1850-1894)
Scottish novelist, poet, essayist, and travel writer.

The Problem with the Past and the Future

How much time do you spend dwelling on the past or worrying about the future? These mental and emotional creations are all figments of your imagination -- mockups of how reality might be different. Meanwhile, reality is staring you right in the face, and your attention is not present to deal with it. When you spend too much of your time and attention creating more shoulda-woulda-couldas, your disappointments and anticipations just keep piling up while your life passes you by. Let's take a look at why we do this and how we can get far more satisfaction out of life by staying present in the here and now.
Plain and simple: if your consciousness isn't in the present moment, then you lose the opportunity to participate in the experiences and choices that are present right. Since you can only take action in the present moment, when you focus on the past or future, you are not available to participate in the present. Then your life happens based on whatever autopilot settings you have in place because you are not there to direct your actions and experiences.
When we focus on the past or the future, it is usually because we are not at peace with them. Instead, we are looking at them through a veil of frustration, worry, judgment, fear and illusions. Unable to accept the past or lacking confidence in our own ability to handle the future, we end up mistaking our negative mental and emotional creations for reality. Burdened by our own negativity, we often wreak havoc in our relationships. For example, when we can't handle what is going on in our life, some of us project our accumulated fears and anxiety onto someone else, and that's what we see when we look at that person. I had someone do this to me to the point that the "me" she called by my name was a complete figment of her imagination and there was no sense trying to set her straight, because she refused to be confused by facts. The "me" she envisioned bore no resemblance to the person I know myself to be. It caused so many problems that I had to eventually stop all contact with her. Did you ever have someone do that to you? Did you ever do this to someone else? In a way, we all do this to some extent as we interpret each other through our own perceptual filters. In the extreme, it becomes farther and farther removed from reality and is unhealthy and dangerous.
If you are spending your precious time and energy worrying about the past and/or the future, it is probably creating problems in your relationships with others as well as your relationship with yourself. Here are some ideas to get free so you can fully participate in the present without your pleasant personality taking a hiatus.
Worrying About the Past:
Without a doubt, the past is gone. Unfortunately, when we carry it with us every day, our hurt feelings, judgments and anger keep recycling within us. We try to put a stop to it through pronouncements about the future, declaring, "I will never let _____ happen again!" These efforts at controlling our life are largely wishful thinking. So, unless you feel totally at peace with yourself, make it a daily or weekly routine to ask yourself these questions:
  • What unresolved pieces of my past am I carrying with me today?
  • Why am I still carrying that?
  • What do I need to do to let it go?
Make it a priority in your life to lighten the load you carry by letting go of what has happened in the past.
Worrying About the Future:
The more time we spend worrying about what might happen in the future, the less time, focus and energy we have to contribute to creating what we want now. Worrying is a way of investing in not getting what we want. It produces the opposite of what we wish would happen. When we hold images and thoughts in our mind of things going "wrong" (i.e., not the way we imagine would be the best outcome), we are literally feeding our energy into the undesirable outcome. When you find yourself worrying about something, here are two constructive actions to take:
  1. Bring to mind the image of what you would like to have happen. See it in great detail. See yourself in the picture feeling the way you would like to be feeling. If you are someone who prays, then simply pray that this or something better come forward for you and for the highest good of all concerned. Alternatively, simply let the image go once you have fully embraced what you want to create, promote and allow to come forward in your life.
  2. Having created a mock-up of what you would like to bring forward in your life, ask yourself, "What can I do right now to contribute to bringing this forward?' and do that. Connect the dots of your present and future by walking the talk of what you want to bring forward in your life.
The only opportunity we have to take action in our lives is in the present moment. The more we free ourselves from our thoughts and feelings about the past and future, the more of our time and focus we will have available to invest in what we want to create, promote and allow into our lives and the healthier we will be in our relationships with others. Mental and emotional freedom yield great happiness.

Back in the Day

In the line at the store, the cashier told the older woman that she should bring her own grocery bag because plastic bags weren't good for the environment.
The woman apologized to him and explained, "We didn't have the green thing back in my day."
The clerk responded, "That's our problem today. The former generation did not care enough to save our environment."

He was right, that generation didn't have the green thing in its day.
Back then, they returned their milk bottles, soda bottles and beer bottles to the store. The store sent them back to the plant to be washed and sterilized and refilled, so it could use the same bottles over and over. So they really were recycled.
But they didn't have the green thing back in  that customer's day.

In her day, they walked up stairs, because
they didn't have an escalator in every store and office building. They walked to the grocery store and didn't climb into a 300-horsepower machine every time they had to go two blocks.
But she was right. They didn't have the green thing in her day.

Back then, they washed the baby's diapers
because they didn't have the throw-away kind. They dried clothes on a line, not in an energy gobbling machine burning up 220 volts - wind  and solar power really did dry the clothes.
Kids got hand-me-down clothes from their brothers or sisters, not always brand-new clothing.
But that old lady is right, they didn't have the green thing back in her day.

Back then, they had one TV, or radio, in the house - not a TV in every room. And the TV had a small screen the size of a handkerchief, not a screen the size of the Province of Quebec. In the kitchen, they blended and stirred by hand because they didn't have electric machines to do everything  for you. When they packaged a fragile item to send in the mail, they used a wadded up old newspaper to cushion it, not styrofoam or plastic bubble wrap.
Back then, they didn't fire up an engine and burn gasoline just to cut the lawn. They used a push mower that ran on human power. They   exercised by working so they didn't need to go  to a health club to run on treadmills that operate on electricity.
But she's right, they didn't have the green thing back then.

They drank from a fountain when they were thirsty instead of using a cup or a plastic bottle every time they had a drink of water. They refilled their writing pens with ink instead of buying a new pen, and they  replaced the razor blades in a razor instead of throwing away the whole razor just because the blade got dull.
But they didn't have the green thing back then.

Back then, people took the streetcar or a bus
and kids rode their bikes to school or walked instead of turning their moms into a 24-hour taxi service. They had one electrical outlet in a room, not an entire bank of sockets to power a dozen appliances. And they didn't need a computerized gadget to receive a signal beamed from satellites 2,000 miles out in   space in order to find the nearest pizza joint.

But isn't it sad the current generation laments how wasteful the old folks were just because they didn't have the green thing back then?

The Great Invocation

From the point of Light within the Mind of God
Let light stream forth into the minds of men
Let Light descend on Earth.

From the point of Love within the Heart of God
Let love stream forth into the hearts of men.
May Christ return to Earth.

From the center where the Will of God is known
Let purpose guide the little wills of men-
The purpose which the Masters know and serve.

From the center which we call the race of men
Let the Plan of Love and Light work out
And may it seal the door where evil dwells.

Let Light and Love and Power restore the Plan on Earth.

What You Resist Persists

What You Resist Persists

Re-member that Every thought you have, whether it be a conscious or subconscious thought eventually Manifests itself in Your Reality.
From Neale...
What you resist persists...

This is is a marvelous teaching from Conversations with God. It explains so many of the things that have happened in my life.
When I first received this wisdom, I did not understand it. I could not see why this had to be true. Now, with deeper understanding, I see that it would be impossible for it not to be true.
The whole saying from CwG is, "What you resist persists, and what you look at disappears. That is, it ceases to have its illusory form."This is true because the mind creates everything. Everything that is was first an idea, or a thought in someone's mind. You cannot think a thing without beginning the process of placing it in your reality. Conversely, a thing cannot appear in your reality that has not been thought of. Maybe you never thought of it, but I can guarantee you that, somewhere in the Collective Consciousness, it has been thought of.
Knowing that this is true helps us to understand that the act of resisting a thing actually places it there. You cannot push against something that is not there. When you think of the thing that you don't want, you place it in consciousness at a very high level, with plenty of energy. Negative energy, to be sure, but energy nonetheless.
Energy creates your reality.
Energy IS your reality, experienced through the receptor that you call your present body.
That is all that your body is. Your body is an energy receptor and an energy transmitter. It receives energy and it transmits energy - as does every physical thing in the universe. (And every non-physical thing as well.)Your body IS energy. It is an energy package, as is all of Life. When you resist a piece of incoming negative energy, you actually enlarge it, because what you are doing is adding your negative energy to the incoming negative energy.
The more you think badly about it, the more difficult you make it for it to be removed from your experience.
That is why all masters have taught some version of the statement, "Judge not, and neither condemn."They know that what you condemn, condemns you.
Don't shut your eyes to something you don't desire or choose. Open your eyes and look at it squarely. Remember that "what you look at disappears." That is, it ceases to have its illusory form.
Often we do this kind of "looking" after the fact. A "disaster" passes and we look at it again in retrospect, only to conclude that it was one of the best things that has ever happened to us.
The true master sees this possibility in everything. And the true master sees this in the moment of an occurrence, not in its aftermath.
Yet if we are not to resist anything, then what shall be our enlightened response to an experience, condition or circumstance that we do not consciously choose, that we do not prefer?
Conversations with God says that "gratitude is the attitude." It recommends that we thank God for all that appears in our life, no matter what. "I know that this experience is perfect for me now, or I would not now be having it. Thank you, God." That is a very powerful prayer. It announces that we know in advance what some people only come to know in retrospect: that all things happen for our highest good.
If we are confused about this it is because we have become confused about what is our highest good.
Let's take a concrete example. Let's explore the events of September 11, 2001. On that day, life as we were living it ended for all of us. Everything changed in a very profound way, and things will not be the same on this planet. Now, on the surface of it, it would seem as if this was a horrible disaster. Many people died and others suffered terribly. Only if we thought that all this occurred for some higher good could we possibly reconcile our feelings about all this. Only if continuing life as we were living it was not in our highest good could we begin to imagine that the September 11 events could make any sense in a benevolent universe. Yet if we thought that this was a wake-up call that was badly needed, and that the souls assigned to this task undertook their duties courageously, serving all of humankind, we would think of it in an entirely different way. But how can we go to that place when the higher good is not obvious to us?
Faith. Or, better yet, what Conversations with God calls "knowing."We can know that nothing-absolutely nothing-happens that is not for our highest good, providing us the tools with which to proceed with our process of evolution. Only when we stop resisting what happened there, and begin to truly look at it, can we see it for what it really is. Its illusory form disappears. Then we can work with the experience in a way which transforms our planet and transforms our lives.
We don't have to do this, of course. All of us have free will. And if those who choose not to do it are in the majority, our collective experience will be one thing, while if they are in the minority, it will be another.
If those who are in the majority keep resisting that which they call evil, they will perpetuate evil (and even perpetrate evil) in their effort to resist evil. And so, the sins of the father shall be visited upon the son, even unto the seventh generation.
Humanity will continue to repeat its worst nightmares as long as it resists its greatest opportunities for insight.
This is true for everyone on the planet, collectively and individually, and it is true of everything in life that you would resist. Another reason not to resist something is the knowledge that you, yourself, have put it there. If you see yourself as being at the effect of the life experience you are now having, rather than being at cause in the matter, you may be tempted to resist the incoming energy, thereby giving more power to it.
Experts in the soft monk form of martial arts understand this. They know that resisting the incoming negative energy is the surest way to empower it. So they move into the energy, going with the flow, and thus transmuting and dissipating the negative aspect of that energy and turning it into a force for good.
CwG says there are no victims and there are no villains. That is because we are, each of us, creating our own moment to moment reality. Even these words, coming at you right now, have been caused to be there by YOU at some level.
YOU HAVE CREATED THE REALITY YOU ARE PRESENTLY EXPERIENCING.
Do not, therefore, resist it. Rather, look at it, and decide what it means. For you, and only you, can give your meaning to the experiences and events of your life, and of this moment.

NUMEROLIGY MEANINGS

NUMEROLIGY MEANINGS ON CLOCKS ETC
by: Doreen Virtue

Number Sequences Your angels often communicate messages to you by showing you sequences of numbers. They do this in two ways. First, they subtly whisper in your ear so you'll look up in time to notice the clock's time or a phone number on a billboard. The angels hope you'll be aware that you're seeing this same number sequence repeatedly. For instance, you may frequently see the number sequence 111, and it seems every time you look at a clock the time reads 1:11 or 11:11.The second way in which angels show you meaningful number sequences is by physically arranging for, say, a car to drive in front of you that has a specific license plate number they want you to see. Those who are aware of this phenomenon become adept at reading the meaning of various license plates. In this way, the angels will actually give you detailed messages. Here are the basic meanings of various number sequences. However, your own angels will tell you if your situation holds a different meaning for you. Ask your angels, "What are you trying to tell me?" and they'll happily give you additional information to help decode their numeric meanings.

111 —— Monitor your thoughts carefully, and be sure to only think about what you want, not what you don't want. This sequence is a sign that there is a gate of opportunity opening up, and your thoughts are manifesting into form at record speeds. The 111 is like the bright light of a flash bulb. It means the universe has just taken a snapshot of your thoughts and is manifesting them into form. Are you pleased with what thoughts the universe has captured? If not, correct your thoughts (ask your angels to help you with this if you have difficulty controlling or monitoring your thoughts).

222 —— Our newly planted ideas are beginning to grow into reality. Keep watering and nurturing them, and soon they will push through the soil so you can see evidence of your manifestation. In other words, don't quit five minutes before the miracle. Your manifestation is soon going to be evident to you, so keep up the good work! Keep holding positive thoughts, keep affirming, and continue visualizing
333 —— The Ascended Masters are near you, desiring you to know that you have their help, love, and companionship. Call upon the Ascended Masters often, especially when you see the number 3 patterns around you. Some of the more famous Ascended Masters include: Jesus, Moses, Mary, Quan Yin, and Yogananda.

444 —— The angels are surrounding you now, reassuring you of their love and help. Don't worry because the angels' help is nearby

555 —— Buckle your seatbelts. A major life change is upon you. This change should not be viewed as being "positive" or "negative," since all change is but a natural part of life's flow. Perhaps this change is an answer to your prayers, so continue seeing and feeling yourself being at peace.

666 —— Your thoughts are out of balance right now, focused too much on the material world. This number sequence asks you to balance your thoughts between heaven and earth. Like the famous "Sermon on the Mount," the angels ask you to focus on spirit and service, and know your material and emotional needs will automatically be met as a result.

777 —— The angels applaud you¼¼congratulations, you're on a roll! Keep up the good work and know your wish is coming true. This is an extremely positive sign and means you should also expect more miracles to occur.

888 —— A phase of your life is about to end, and this is a sign to give you forewarning to prepare. This number sequence may mean you are winding up an emotional career, or relationship phase. It also means there is light at the end of the tunnel. In addition, it means, "The crops are ripe. Don't wait to pick and enjoy them." In other words, don't procrastinate making your move or enjoying fruits of your labor.

999 —— Completion. This is the end of a big phase in your personal or global life. Also, it is a message to lightworkers involved in Earth healing and means, "Get to work because Mother Earth needs you right now."

000 —— A reminder you are one with God, and to feel the presence of your Creator's love within you. Also, it is a sign that a situation has gone full circle.

Change

Change
Sometimes when you are ready for a change, and you kind of know it but won't admit it, when it comes, not only are you surprised, but it hurts.
Ya I know that doesn't help much, unless you remember the "ready" , part. Because there is no change that might ever transpire in time and space that happens before your fully able to use it for your own growth and glory.
The Universe
So Hey You may as well just act like you had personally requested it, and soar, because , truthfully you did, a honestly, you can.

Kinesiology

·

TEST BEFORE YOU INGEST

When I first learned about muscle testing from my friend Andrea Mandel, I was amazed that we have such a biofeedback tool available to us that can determine what resonates with our own bodies. As Andrea says, "Our bodies have an inner wisdom, and this is a way for us to communicate with that wisdom." Since then, I have learned many methods of muscle testing from a variety of people, and share it with my students and clients. While muscle testing is usually done with a partner, there are self-testing methods we can perform. A favorite self-testing method is the "Sway Test" which you can begin practicing today.
Kinesiology (pronounced kin-easy-ology) is a form of biomechanics which investigates and analyzes human motion. In 1964, Dr. George Goodheart, Jr., introduced the world to Applied Kinesiology which is based on the fact that the body never lies. Applied Kinesiology has become a standard for many chiropractors, nutritionists and homeopaths who use muscle testing as a means of dialoging with the body.
Muscle, or Energy Testing, is the response of our individual energy systems to the vibrations of certain substances, people and even statements we make. Our nervous system is a 37-mile-long antenna which discriminates subtle frequencies that scientific instruments can't measure. While MRIs, EEGs, and CAT scans give us vital information, for more subtle feedback most professionals rely on muscle testing.
In her book, Energy Medicine, Donna Eden says, "If I had the power to impact the medical profession in just one way, it would be that physicians add energy testing to their diagnostic tool kit." Donna also states that in maintaining health, knowledge is power, and suggests using muscle testing to determine what foods, vitamins and supplements we should and should not take in to our bodies.
Each person has an unique energy system just like each of us has our own fingerprint. The foods we eat and the supplements we take impact each of us differently, making nutrition an individual matter. Our body resonates with certain vibrations and tenses against others, either stabilizing or stressing our system. What better way to find out what is good for our body than to test it ourselves?
In the mid-1070's, Dr. John Diamond began muscle testing the positive and negative effects certain thoughts have on the Thymus Gland, which lies just beneath the upper part of the breastbone in the middle of the chest and is the master controller of our life energy. This is where we hold substances with the Sway Test.

THE SWAY TEST

A Self-Testing Method for Vitamins, Supplements and Food
· Stand with your feet no more than shoulder width apart. Either test barefoot or in flat shoes such as sneakers. Heels are not recommended.
· Place the substance you are testing in one hand and close your fist over it. Hold this hand up to your heart center, which is your thymus gland. Then place your other hand over the first one.
· State: "This is good for my body."
· Become still, centered, close your eyes, take a deep breath, release it and let go.
· After a few moments you become aware of your body either being pulled forward or falling backwards.
If you feel yourself falling forward, your body is embracing the substance in a positive reaction. If you feel yourself going backward, away from what you are testing, your body is repelling it in a negative reaction.
Sometimes we don't get a reaction or are not sure what answer our body is giving us. If you feel you are not getting a true reading, take the following steps:
· Perform the test again. Make sure to take a deep breath and clear your head.
· Drink water —your energy system may be dehydrated.
· If you can, take the vitamins or supplements out of the plastic container and place one pill or tablet in your hand (not recommended in health food stores).
· Program your body to go forward for a positive answer and backward for a negative answer. I had to do this when my body started swaying sideways! Simple tell your body "Go forward for a yes answer," and "Go backward for a no answer." Then test your body by saying "yes" and waiting for a response, then saying "no" and waiting for a response. Once your body continually sways forward for "yes" and backward for "no" you can be more assured of a true reading.
Remember that since the body is electrical, energetic, physical and metabolic, it is always in a state of flux. What is good for us one day may not be as beneficial the next. And we may overload on certain foods or vitamins, creating a toxic, or allergic, reaction to our energy system. Therefore, it is best to test before you ingest at various times.
Test your vitamins, supplements and other products on a regular basis, or at least when you buy a new supply. And make sure to test different brands of the same product to find which brand is best for your body. With foods, test them at different stages of processing or cooking. Although raw green beans may test positive, canned or micro-waved beans may not be as healthy.
Although you can learn the Sway Test in a few minutes, it may take some practice before you feel comfortable using it. Since this method is always available, day or night, requires no instruments, and is free, you can practice it regularly with almost any product or food. The more you practice, the more instinctive it becomes.
When I first learned muscle testing, I even asked my body what color clothing was beneficial for me each day! Colors have vibrations, and sometimes one color especially resonates with our bodies. And I received lots of funny looks and questions in the health food stores.
I even ask my body if supplements are good for my husband before I buy them.
I have since learned other less noticeable ways to muscle test. However, the Sway Test seems to be the easiest method to learn and gives people a way to instantly take control of their own health.
USING THE SWAY TEST
TO DETERMINE DOSAGE
· Hold one capsule or tablet in your hand and state, "This is good for my body."
· If you sway forward, add another capsule and state again, "This is good for my body."
· Keep adding capsules, one by one, until you sway backward. Then you have exceeded the optimum dosage by one.
· Also ask the body, "I take this dose once a day."
· If you go forward, state, "I take this dose twice a day."
· When you go backward, the previous statement that tested
· positive is best for your body.
REMEMBER: Your body is constantly changing, so your optimum dosage may also change. If you use this method with prescription medications, use the results to open a dialogue with your doctor. DO NOT change prescription medications without first talking with your physician.
